We are very flexible with our arrangements and know that every entrepreneur will have significant constraints on their time and different challenges to deal with.  We will work with you to help you carve out the time to work on the business not in it.  We understand that all growing businesses have financial limitations and charge appropriate and affordable rates or occasionally in exchange for equity. 

We are most comfortable with full oversight of a business' operations, preferring to visit your main sites, meet the teams and see the financials.  This helps us to understand the whole business and take a holistic approach to its challenges.  We are happy to have initial calls to chat through current requirements. 

In our experience, by their very nature, entrepreneurs are breaking new ground and often won’t know what they need so we’re equally happy to spend time with you establishing the right steps for you and your business.
